OHV Education Project - Kiosk Sign Installation & Roof Work

Troy, We have an Off Highway Vehicle Education Project, funded through the South Dakota Recreation Trails Program, that we would like your group to help us with. Specifically we need to install 24 signs and 12 maps on 6 kiosks (4 signs & 2 maps per kiosk) around the Black Hills.

The 6 Kiosk Locations are:
Big Hill Trailhead (TH) - south of Spearfish
Dalton Lake TH - next to Dalton Lake Campground
Nemo Road - approx. 3 miles west of Rapid City
Pactola Visitor Center
Newton Fork Lake - approx. 3 miles west of Hill City
Mystic Ranger District Office - south side of Rapid City on Hwy.16.

Work would consist of: 1) Transporting materials / equipment to kiosk location. 2) Trimming and installing (screwing in) plywood sign backing. 3) Lifting signs into place (4' x 3' x 1/2" thick - approx. 20 lbs. each). 4) Cut-to-fit 2" x 2" x 8' Trim and screw in to hold signs/maps in place (4 per sign/map .... 24 per kiosk). 5) Cut-to-fit 2" x 6" x 10' Ridge Caps and screw into roof. (6 per kiosk)

Equipment needed: Generator, Extension Cords, Table Saw, Saw Horses (2 or 4), Measuring Tapes, Drills & Bits, Screw Guns, Hammers, Two (2) 12' or 14' Step Ladders. I will provide: Pre-cut Plywood (that may need to be trimmed), 2" x 2"s, 2" x 6"s, 24 signs, 12 maps.

Potential Dates would be December 5, 6, 12, 13. We would have done this sooner, but we were waiting for the signs to arrive. We have a requirement to have the signs installed before the end of the calendar year. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
